Interventional treatment for knee osteoarthritis is designed to reduce pain arising from the structures and/or nerves around the knee. Depending on the diagnosis, options can include a genicular nerve block or genicular artery embolization.

- Pain when getting up from a chair or sitting for long periods
- Morning stiffness or stiffness after inactivity
- Swelling or a feeling of fullness around the knee

How it is usually done
